Return & Refund Policy

At The Beauty Realm. Co,all sales are carefully packed and quality-checked before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return policy to protect the safety of our customers.

 

All of the following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Pre-order items
• Nail tips
• Acrylic powders & liquids
• Bling gels
• Charms
• Top coat, primer, and all liquids
• Tools (clippers, scissors etc.)
• Any opened or used product

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

 

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Photos of the original packaging

Once approved, we will issue a replacement only (no refunds).

 

Shipping Issues:

We are not responsible for:

• Delayed shipping once the package is in carrier possession
• Stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Local Pickup & Delivery:

All local pickup and same-day delivery orders are FINAL SALE once released to the customer.
